For the past four years, our founder, Amy-Jane, has been in a silent battle with herself. The battleground? Menopause.

At just 34, a hysterectomy altered the course of her life. Although it alleviated some symptoms, she wasn't ready for the challenges that awaited me.

The brain fog, weight gain, and night sweats were daunting enough, but the state of her skin took her back to my teenage years - and not in a good way. Dull, dry, and inflamed, her skin resisted every treatment, from steroid creams to the latest skincare social media trends.

Nothing made a difference. Amy-Jane felt like a stranger in her own skin. Determined to break free from this cycle, she delved deep into research, traded prescriptions for meditation, and embraced holistic wellness and natural skincare. Slowly but surely, she rediscovered herself and found happiness again.

Amy-Jane’s longtime passion of crafting handmade "Pamper Hampers" for friends and family, consisting of bath salts, candles, and face clays, propelled her to consider transforming her passion into a business. During a hike with a friend, she envisioned Luminiquea—a brand dedicated to natural self-care and holistic wellness products, rooted in environmental respect and luxury.

Through Luminiquea, Amy-Jane aims to offer thoughtfully designed products that cater to various skincare needs while celebrating Earth’s natural beauty. Our collection includes multi-purpose items crafted with eco-friendly materials suitable for all skin types, including sensitive ones.

We are devoted to environmental sustainability, utilizing wheat straw packaging, biodegradable labels, seeded paper thank-you notes, and recycled materials to minimize our ecological footprint. Each of our products is made in small batches, hand-blended, and devoid of harsh chemicals, parabens, and synthetic fragrances to ensure skin safety and environmental protection.
